Streak CRM Pricing (2026): What 1, 3 and 5 Users Actually Pay
Streak's pricing page shows $0, $49, $69 and $129. What you actually pay depends on billing period, team size and whether you need Zapier or automations. Here is the full math for 1, 3 and 5 users, as of October 2026.

Streak's pricing page shows four numbers: $0, $49, $69 and $129. The number on your invoice depends on three things the page makes easy to miss: whether you pay a year upfront, whether anyone on your team needs automations or Zapier, and the fact that the free plan no longer includes pipelines.
This guide walks through each Streak plan, works out the real cost for a solo user and for 3- and 5-person teams, and says plainly when Streak is worth the money. All prices were checked on streak.com/pricing in October 2026 and are per user per month in USD.
We make Teamopipe, a Gmail CRM that competes with Streak, so read the comparison sections with that in mind. The Streak numbers come straight from Streak's own page.
Streak plans at a glance
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | Email tools only. No CRM pipelines |
| Pro | $49 | $59 | The first plan with pipelines |
| Pro+ | $69 | $89 | Adds automations, Zapier, integrations and webhooks |
| Enterprise | $129 | $159 | Adds custom roles, data validation and dedicated support |
Streak says annual billing saves 20%. Two rules on the pricing page matter more than they look: everyone on a Streak team must be on the same plan, and every user on the team counts as a paid seat.
Free: email tools, not a CRM
The free plan is email tracking, link tracking, snippets, mail merge capped at 50 sends a day, Streak Share and the thread splitter. Streak's own FAQ states that "the free plan does not include CRM pipelines." If you want a deal board in Gmail, Pro is the minimum. We cover this change in detail in Streak's free plan: what's included now.
Pro: $49 annual, $59 monthly
Pro is the first plan with the actual CRM: pipelines, boxes, custom columns, mail merge up to 1,500 sends a day, standard reports, the standard API, basic permissions and 20 AI credits per user per month.
What Pro does not include: automations, Zapier, direct integrations, webhooks and archived users. For a team that only wants a shared board attached to email threads, Pro covers it. For a team that wants anything to happen automatically, it does not.
Pro+: $69 annual, $89 monthly
Pro+ adds automations, Zapier, direct integrations, the API with webhooks, advanced reports, archived users (a former employee's email history stays in the pipeline) and 150 AI credits per user per month. Pro+ is also the only plan Streak offers a 14-day trial on.
Enterprise: $129 annual, $159 monthly
Enterprise adds custom roles, data validation, 500 AI credits per user, custom billing, implementation and a dedicated support contact. It is built for larger organisations with governance needs, not for a 1-to-5-person team.
What Streak actually costs for 1, 3 and 5 users
The per-seat price is simple. The total is where people get surprised.
| Team size | Pro, annual | Pro, monthly | Pro+, annual | Pro+, monthly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $588/yr | $708/yr | $828/yr | $1,068/yr |
| 3 users | $1,764/yr | $2,124/yr | $2,484/yr | $3,204/yr |
| 5 users | $2,940/yr | $3,540/yr | $4,140/yr | $5,340/yr |
Two things stand out. Annual billing means paying the year on day one: a 5-person team on Pro+ pays $4,140 before anyone has moved a deal. And the monthly premium is not small: a 3-person team on Pro+ pays $720 more per year for the right to cancel month to month.
Where Streak's price jumps hurt
Solo users. A freelancer or consultant who wants a pipeline pays $49 to $59 a month. There is no solo tier, and the free plan is no fallback because it has no pipelines.
One person needs Zapier. Because everyone must be on the same plan, one teammate who needs Zapier or an automation moves the whole team to Pro+. For three people that is $1,764 a year becoming $2,484.
The Pro to Pro+ gap. Automations are the dividing line. Many teams want a rule like "when a deal moves to Won, create an onboarding task" within the first month, and find it sits behind a $20-per-user upgrade.
When Streak is worth $49 a seat
Streak is not overpriced for everyone.
Deep thread tracking. Streak's box, which wraps Gmail conversations and carries pipeline data alongside them, is one of the most polished CRM-in-the-inbox designs. If your deals are long threads with many participants, Streak handles them well.
High-volume mail merge. 1,500 personalised sends a day from your own Gmail, with tracking, is real value if outbound is how you win business.
Your team already runs on it. If a 10- or 20-person team has years of boxes, custom columns and reports in Streak, migrating usually costs more than it saves.
If you are solo, or a team of two to five that mainly wants a shared board, reminders and templates in Gmail, you are paying for capacity you will not use.
Streak vs cheaper Gmail CRMs
Entry plans with pipelines, per user per month, as listed on each vendor's pricing page in October 2026:
| CRM | Entry plan, annual | Monthly billing | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Teamopipe Starter | $19 | $24 | Pipelines inside Gmail and a web app. Zapier, API and MCP on every plan |
| Copper Basic | $23 | $29 | 2,500-contact cap; reporting starts on Professional ($59) |
| NetHunt Basic | $24 | $30 | Automation, sequences and reports start on Business ($60) |
| Streak Pro | $49 | $59 | No automations or Zapier until Pro+ ($69) |
Copper dropped its old $9 Starter tier; Basic is now the cheapest plan on its pricing page. See our breakdowns of Copper pricing and NetHunt pricing, or the broader Streak alternatives roundup.
Streak vs Teamopipe at 1, 3 and 5 seats
Like-for-like matters more than headline price, so here are two fair pairings. Streak Pro vs Teamopipe Starter covers a shared pipeline without reporting dashboards. Streak Pro+ vs Teamopipe Growth covers reporting, automations and Zapier. All annual billing.
| Seats | Teamopipe Starter ($19) | Streak Pro ($49) | Teamopipe Growth ($29) | Streak Pro+ ($69) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $228/yr | $588/yr | $348/yr | $828/yr |
| 3 users | $684/yr | $1,764/yr | $1,044/yr | $2,484/yr |
| 5 users | $1,140/yr | $2,940/yr | $1,740/yr | $4,140/yr |
What each Teamopipe plan includes, as of October 2026:
- Starter ($19 annual, $24 monthly): deals created from Gmail threads, kanban and list pipelines (shared or private), contacts and organisations, tasks and reminders, email templates, CSV import and export, Zapier, the public API, an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT, and 3 no-code automations.
- Growth ($29 annual, $39 monthly): adds the reporting dashboard, email campaigns and multi-step sequences from your own mailbox, saved views and 10 automations.
- Pro ($49 annual, $59 monthly): adds unlimited active deals, 25 automations and priority support.
So Zapier and the API, which Streak gates behind Pro+, are on Teamopipe's entry plan. Reporting, which Streak includes on Pro, is on Teamopipe Growth. Teamopipe Pro and Streak Pro cost the same, so at that tier, decide on fit, not price.
Switching from Streak: what you lose and what you gain
What you lose. Streak's box model is woven more deeply into Gmail's thread view than any competitor's, Teamopipe included. Streak has native mobile apps; Teamopipe has a mobile web app. Streak is a larger company with a bigger integration catalogue.
What you gain. For a small team, a saving of several hundred to a few thousand dollars a year, Zapier and automations without a top-tier upgrade, and support from the people who build the product. Teamopipe runs in Gmail and in a standalone web app, so the same pipeline works outside the inbox too.
Who should not switch. Large teams with years of Streak data, teams that need Enterprise-grade roles, and anyone whose business runs on 1,500-a-day mail merge.
If you do move, the process is a CSV export and import; our guide to exporting a Streak pipeline to CSV covers every step. The 14-day trial includes Growth features, needs no card, and nothing is deleted if you do not continue.
