Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Teamopipe, a company registered in the Republic of Latvia ("Teamopipe", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the Teamopipe website (teamopipe.com), web app (app.teamopipe.com), Chrome extension, and related services (together, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it, and "you" refers to that organization.

1. The Service

Teamopipe is a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that works inside Gmail. Using the Service requires a Google account. Features and limits (such as the number of deals available on the Free plan) depend on your plan and are described on our pricing page; we may adjust plan limits with reasonable notice.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly via the contact form if you suspect unauthorized use. Teamopipe is not liable for loss caused by unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

3. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Teamopipe offers a Free plan and paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record — Lemon Squeezy handles the checkout, collects applicable taxes such as VAT, and appears on your payment statement. We never receive or store your card details.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You authorize the recurring charge to your chosen payment method.
  • If we change prices, we will give you at least 30 days' notice; the new price applies from your next billing cycle.

4. Refunds and cancellation

14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid subscription, contact us via the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact within 14 days of the purchase and we will refund it in full.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then, and we do not issue pro-rated refunds for the remainder of the period outside the 14-day guarantee. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights you have under EU consumer protection law.

5. Your data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy (teamopipe.com/en/policies/privacy-policy) and Cookie Policy (teamopipe.com/en/policies/cookie-policy). You retain ownership of all data you store in Teamopipe. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that data solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

6. Customer data and GDPR roles

For personal data you store about your own contacts and customers, you are the data controller and Teamopipe is the data processor: we process such data only to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to store and process that data and for complying with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request via the contact form.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, most importantly Gmail and other Google services, and uses Lemon Squeezy for payments. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their availability or data handling, and changes Google makes to its APIs may affect Service features.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Use the Service in violation of applicable laws, including anti-spam laws when sending campaigns.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a service bureau without our written consent.

9. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (excluding your data) are owned by Teamopipe and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service, or use Teamopipe branding without prior written consent.

10. Service availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify features, and may suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable prior notice; if we discontinue a paid Service you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused period.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Teamopipe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, such as liability for intent, gross negligence, or death or personal injury.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service or its users; where reasonable, we will warn you first. After termination, we delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy — you can export your data before closing your account.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you at least 14 days in advance by email or in the app. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence and may bring proceedings there or use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
