NetHunt CRM Pricing (2026): What Each Plan Costs and Unlocks
NetHunt's $24 Basic plan looks competitive, but sequences, automation, reports and API access start on the $60 Business plan. Here is what each tier unlocks and what a small team really pays, as of October 2026.

NetHunt is one of the more complete CRMs that live inside Gmail, and one where the price you see first is not the price most teams end up paying. The $24 Basic plan looks competitive, but sequences, workflow automation, sales reports, API access and LinkedIn integration sit on the $60 Business plan.
This post walks through NetHunt's plans, works out the real cost at 1, 3 and 5 users, and compares it with other Gmail CRMs, including our own product, Teamopipe. Prices were checked on nethunt.com/pricing in October 2026, per user per month.
NetHunt CRM pricing at a glance
| Plan | Annual billing | Monthly billing | First plan with |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $24 | $30 | Pipelines in Gmail, tasks, MCP server |
| Basic Plus | $34 | $42 | Mass email campaigns and analytics |
| Business | $60 | Ask NetHunt | Sequences, sales automation, reports, API, LinkedIn integration |
| Business Plus | $84 | Ask NetHunt | Higher limits on everything in Business |
| Custom | Talk to sales | Annual only | Larger teams |
NetHunt's page shows $60 and $84 for the Business tiers with "Talk to us" and does not clearly label the billing period, so confirm with NetHunt before budgeting. The page also states:
- A 14-day free trial with every feature except custom SMTP for campaigns. After the trial, the workspace is locked until you choose a plan.
- NetHunt does not issue refunds. You can cancel at any time, but unused time is not refunded.
- Startups under three years old can apply for 75% off Business for the first 12 months.
What NetHunt costs for 1, 3 and 5 users
Annual billing, as of October 2026:
| Team size | Basic ($24) | Basic Plus ($34) | Business ($60) | Business Plus ($84) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 user | $288/yr | $408/yr | $720/yr | $1,008/yr |
| 3 users | $864/yr | $1,224/yr | $2,160/yr | $3,024/yr |
| 5 users | $1,440/yr | $2,040/yr | $3,600/yr | $5,040/yr |
On monthly billing, Basic is $30 and Basic Plus $42, about 25% more: a 3-person team on Basic Plus pays $126 a month instead of $102.
Plan by plan: what each NetHunt tier unlocks
Basic ($24 annual, $30 monthly)
The core CRM: leads and deals in pipelines inside Gmail, tasks, Google Workspace integration and NetHunt's MCP server for AI assistants.
What you do not get: campaigns, sequences, workflow automation, sales reports, API access or LinkedIn integration. For a solo consultant who wants deal cards next to email threads, Basic is fine. For anyone doing outbound, it is a plan you will leave.
Basic Plus ($34 annual, $42 monthly)
Adds mass email campaigns with analytics. It suits a small team sending occasional newsletters or one-off outreach. It still lacks sequences and automation, so "if no reply in three days, send this" needs the next tier.
Business ($60)
This is where NetHunt becomes a full sales system: multi-channel sequences, sales automation, sales and team activity reports, API access and Professional Network (LinkedIn) integration. For most small sales teams that want automated follow-up, this is the plan they actually need. It is 2.5 times the price of Basic.
Business Plus ($84)
The same feature set with higher limits and more support. Unless you are hitting Business limits, there is little reason to start here.
Where the NetHunt price climbs
NetHunt puts the features that save a small team the most time, sequences and automation, on the $60 tier. A two-person agency that wants automated follow-ups does not pay $48 a month. It pays $120 a month, or $1,440 a year.
That is fair for what Business includes, and still below Streak Pro+ at $69. But it is the number to compare against, not the $24 headline.
When NetHunt is the right choice
LinkedIn is a core channel. NetHunt's Professional Network integration lets you create and enrich records from LinkedIn, and few Gmail CRMs match it.
You want one system rather than a light tool plus Zapier. Business bundles sequences, automation and reports, so a 5-to-10-person team can run everything in one place and grow into Custom pricing without migrating.
You value a longer track record. NetHunt has been around for years and has a large help centre.
NetHunt vs other Gmail CRMs
Annual billing, per user per month, as listed on each vendor's page in October 2026:
| CRM | Entry plan | Sequences or automation | Reports | API on entry plan |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NetHunt | $24 Basic | $60 Business | $60 Business | No (Business) |
| Teamopipe | $19 Starter | $19 automations, $29 sequences | $29 Growth | Yes |
| Copper | $23 Basic | $59 Professional | $59 Professional | Not listed |
| Streak | $49 Pro | $69 Pro+ | $49 Pro | Pro |
The tier that matters for most small teams is the one with sequences and reports. That is $60 on NetHunt and $29 on Teamopipe Growth. For three users: $2,160 a year against $1,044. For five: $3,600 against $1,740.
Teamopipe Starter ($19) includes pipelines in Gmail and a web app, deals created from email, contacts and organisations, tasks, templates, CSV import, Zapier, the public API, an MCP server and 3 no-code automations. Growth ($29) adds the reporting dashboard, campaigns, multi-step sequences, saved views and 10 automations.
Copper's Basic plan is a dollar cheaper than NetHunt's, but its 2,500-contact cap is a hard wall and reporting starts at $59; see Copper pricing. Streak only sells pipelines from $49; see Streak pricing.
NetHunt vs Teamopipe: the honest trade-offs
NetHunt is the more mature product. It has LinkedIn integration, more channels and integrations, more granular roles and record types, native mobile apps and a bigger company behind it. If you need any of those, NetHunt is the better choice, and Business is fair value.
Teamopipe is lighter and cheaper. Sequences and reports arrive at $29 rather than $60, and Zapier, the API and MCP are on every plan. The caveats: no native mobile apps (mobile web only), no LinkedIn integration yet (messaging connections are listed as coming soon on Growth and Pro), and a smaller integration catalogue. If you want a CRM that will still be your only tool at 20 users, NetHunt is the safer bet. If you want to pay less for deals, follow-ups and sequences inside Gmail with a team under ten, Teamopipe is worth a trial.
