Understanding the Teamopipe Gmail interface

The Teamopipe Gmail interface sits right in your inbox. You'll see it in the sidebar and in the email toolbar. This guide shows you where everything is and what you can do without leaving Gmail.

The Teamopipe sidebar

On the right side of Gmail, you'll see the Teamopipe panel. It shows your pipelines, deals, and tasks for the current email conversation.

Link emails from the toolbar

At the top of any email, you'll see the Teamopipe icon. Click it to link this email to a deal. You can search for the deal and save in seconds.

View your tasks

In the Teamopipe sidebar, click the Tasks tab to see all your tasks from deals.

Create contacts in the sidebar

Click the Contacts tab to see all people linked to the current email. You can create and edit contacts right from Gmail.

The point: never leave Gmail

The Teamopipe Gmail interface is designed so you can manage your pipeline, deals, and tasks without switching tabs. Work in Gmail naturally, and Teamopipe stays out of your way until you need it.
