How to manage all tasks from the Tasks section
The Tasks section gives a workspace-wide view of every follow-up across all pipelines, contacts, and organizations.
The Tasks section in the Teamopipe left sidebar shows every task across your workspace — regardless of which deal, contact, or pipeline it belongs to. Use it as your daily action list.
What you can do here
Filter by status (open, completed, overdue), type (call, email, meeting), priority, and assignee. Search by task title. Sort by due date or creation date. Bulk-select and mark tasks complete. Switch layout between list and other views if available.
Daily workflow tip
Start each day by opening Tasks, filtering to overdue and due today, and working through the list. Mark tasks complete as you go. Add new tasks directly from here if you think of a follow-up that isn't linked to a specific deal yet.
Tasks vs pipeline view
The pipeline board shows where deals stand. The Tasks section shows what you need to do next. Use both: check the pipeline for deal health, use Tasks for your daily action queue.
