How to view deal details and linked emails
Explains the deal detail panel — where to find fields, linked emails, tasks, comments, and activity history.
The deal detail panel is where all the information about one deal lives: fields, linked emails, contacts, tasks, comments, and activity history.
Open the deal detail panel
Click any deal card in the pipeline. The detail panel opens on the right side of the screen (Kanban) or as a full view (List). From here you can see and edit all deal fields, view linked email threads, add tasks, leave comments, and review the activity log.
Linked emails tab
The Linked emails tab shows all Gmail threads connected to this deal. Click a thread to jump directly to it in Gmail. If a thread you expect to see is missing, it may not have been linked yet — open that thread in Gmail and link it to this deal manually.
Activity log
The activity log records what happened on the deal: field changes, comments, task updates, and stage moves. It's useful when you come back to a deal after a break and need to remember what the last interaction was.
