How to unlink an email from a deal

Unlinking removes the connection between a Gmail thread and a deal. The email stays in Gmail. The deal stays in Teamopipe. Only the link between them is removed.

Unlink from the deal

Open the deal → Linked emails tab → find the email thread → click the unlink or remove icon next to it → confirm. The thread disappears from the deal's linked email list.

If the Gmail label persists

Refresh Gmail after unlinking. If the Teamopipe label still shows on the thread, it may be a contact-level linking issue. Check whether another deal has contact-level linking active for the same email address. If the label remains after checking, email support@teamopipe.com with the affected email address.
