How to move a deal to another pipeline
How to transfer a deal from one Teamopipe pipeline to another without losing its history.
Moving a deal to another pipeline is useful when a lead converts from one process to another — for example, from a Sales pipeline to an Onboarding pipeline after they sign.
Move a deal
Open the deal → three-dot menu (top-right of the deal panel) → Move to pipeline → select the destination pipeline → choose the starting stage → Confirm. The deal moves with its contacts, linked emails, comments, tasks, and activity history intact.
Custom fields after moving
Fields are workspace-wide, but visibility is per pipeline. A deal that had Deal value and Close date visible in Sales may not show those fields in Onboarding — but the data is still there. Check Settings → Pipelines → field visibility for the destination pipeline if fields appear missing.
