How campaigns work in Teamopipe

Campaigns send email from your connected mailbox to a list of contacts and track how people respond. Campaigns and sequences are included on the Growth and Pro plans.

Broadcast or sequence

When you create a campaign, you choose its type:

Broadcast — a single email to a list of contacts. Good for announcements and updates.
Sequence — a multi-step series with automated follow-ups. Each follow-up is sent a set number of days after the previous step, and can stop when the recipient replies. See how to create an email sequence.

Creating a campaign

Campaigns → New campaign. The wizard has five steps: Setup, Recipients, Content, Schedule and Review. See how to create and send an email campaign.

Campaign statuses

The Campaigns list can be filtered by All, Sending, Drafts, Scheduled, Paused and Completed. Each row shows the campaign type, status, sender, recipients and how many emails were sent.

Tracking and unsubscribe

In the Schedule step you can turn on open tracking, click tracking and an unsubscribe link. See open and click tracking and unsubscribe handling.

Sending mailbox and limits

Campaigns send from a mailbox connected in Settings → Communications — see connecting your email. The Schedule step shows the daily sending cap for your plan.

What campaigns are not

Campaigns aren't a marketing automation platform: there's no lead scoring or branching journeys.
