How campaigns work in Teamopipe

Explains Teamopipe campaigns, statuses, sender mailboxes, tracking, and how they differ from drip sequences.

May 20, 2026

Campaigns let you send broadcast emails from a connected Gmail mailbox and track how recipients respond. They are useful for announcements, follow-ups, lightweight outreach, and list-based communication.

What campaigns are not

Campaigns are planned broadcasts, not automated drip sequences. They do not replace a marketing automation tool with branching journeys, lead scoring, or multi-step drip logic.

Campaign statuses

From the Campaigns section in the left sidebar you can filter by: All, Sending, Drafts, Scheduled, Paused, Completed. Each row shows status, sender mailbox, recipient count, and last update.

Tracking and unsubscribe

Campaign settings include open tracking, click tracking, and unsubscribe links. Use unsubscribe links for list-based emails so recipients have a clear way to opt out. Configure sender mailboxes in Email settings before creating campaigns.
