How open and click tracking work in Teamopipe campaigns and how to use the data.

Open and click tracking let you see which campaign recipients engaged with your email. It's useful for prioritizing follow-ups — someone who clicked your link is more likely to respond than someone who didn't open.

How open tracking works

A tiny invisible image (tracking pixel) is added to the email. When a recipient opens the email and images load, Teamopipe records an open. Limitation: if the recipient's email client blocks images or uses preview-only reading, the open won't be recorded. Open rates are directional, not exact.

How click tracking works

Links in the campaign are wrapped in a tracking URL. When a recipient clicks, Teamopipe records the click before redirecting to the destination. Click tracking is more reliable than open tracking because it requires an active action.

Where to see results

Open the campaign → detail page. Each recipient row shows their status. Filter by opened or clicked to find the most engaged recipients and follow up with them first.
