Connect the mailbox you send campaigns from

Campaigns and sequences are sent from a mailbox you connect to Teamopipe. Each workspace member connects their own.

Connect a mailbox

Go to Settings → Communications and, under My channels, click Connect Gmail. Choose your Google account and allow the permissions Teamopipe asks for. The same connection powers the Inbox — see connecting your email and using the Inbox.

Each user can connect one email account on every plan.

Choose the sender

When you create a campaign, pick the Sender mailbox in the Setup step. Use the mailbox of the person who owns the relationship with the recipients.

Daily sending cap

The campaign's Schedule step shows how many emails per day your plan allows. Your email provider also has its own daily limits, so spread large lists over several days.

If the connection breaks

If Teamopipe asks you to reconnect, open Settings → Communications and reconnect the account.
