Workspace email settings for sending campaigns

Before sending campaigns, you need to connect the Gmail mailbox that will send them. Each workspace member can connect their own mailbox.

Connect a sending mailbox

Settings → Email settings → Connect mailbox → choose your Google account → allow send permissions. Once connected, the mailbox appears as a sender option when creating campaigns.

Daily sending limit

Gmail has a daily sending limit (typically 500 emails/day for standard accounts, higher for Google Workspace). Teamopipe respects this limit. Set a daily send limit inside campaign settings to stay safely within it and avoid deliverability issues.

Multiple mailboxes

In a team workspace, each member connects their own mailbox. Campaigns send from the mailbox you select per campaign. Use the mailbox of the person who owns the relationship with the recipient list.
