Unsubscribe handling in campaigns
How unsubscribe handling works in Teamopipe campaigns and when to use it.
When a recipient clicks an unsubscribe link in a Teamopipe campaign, they are removed from future sends for that campaign. Teamopipe records the unsubscribe status on the recipient record.
When to include unsubscribe links
Always include an unsubscribe link for list-based or promotional emails. One-to-one outreach to a warm lead does not need one. If in doubt, include it — it's better to let someone opt out cleanly than to receive a spam complaint.
How to add an unsubscribe link
Enable the unsubscribe link option in campaign settings before sending. The link is inserted automatically into the email footer. You don't need to add it manually to the body.
Viewing who unsubscribed
Open the campaign → filter recipients by Unsubscribed. These contacts will not receive future emails from this campaign. For other campaigns, check the recipient status separately.
