Unsubscribe handling in campaigns

An unsubscribe link lets recipients opt out cleanly instead of marking your email as spam.

How to add it

In the campaign's Schedule step, turn on Include unsubscribe link. Teamopipe adds the link to every email in the campaign — you don't need to add it to the body yourself.

What happens when someone unsubscribes

Anyone who unsubscribes is excluded from all future campaigns for your team, not just the campaign they unsubscribed from.

When to include it

Always include it for list-based or promotional emails. One-to-one outreach to a warm lead may not need one — but if in doubt, include it. A clean opt-out protects your sender reputation.

Viewing who unsubscribed

Open the campaign and filter recipients by status to see who unsubscribed.
