Free vs Pro plan comparison

Teamopipe has two plans: Free and Pro. Here's exactly what each includes and when upgrading makes sense.

Free plan

  • Up to 25 active deals across all pipelines
  • Unlimited pipelines
  • All core features — Gmail integration, Kanban and List view, tasks, contacts, organizations, custom fields, CSV export
  • Solo use only — no team members
  • No credit card required, no expiry date

Pro plan

  • Up to 5,000 active deals
  • Team members — each billed as one seat
  • Email campaigns with open and click tracking
  • API access
  • Priority support
  • $9/user/month on monthly billing, or ~$6.75/user/month on annual billing (save 25%)

When to upgrade

The two usual triggers are hitting the 25-deal limit and adding a teammate. If you're actively closing deals, 25 fills up faster than you'd expect — and deleting real history to stay under the limit costs you more than $9/month in lost records.
