How to create and send an email campaign
Step-by-step article for creating a Teamopipe campaign, choosing sender settings, adding recipients, and checking progress.
Before creating a campaign, make sure your sending mailbox is connected in Email settings. A campaign cannot send properly if there is no mailbox available.
Create a campaign
Campaigns → New campaign → add name → choose or write email content → select sender mailbox → add recipients → review tracking and unsubscribe settings → save as draft, schedule, or start sending.
Review before sending
Check: correct subject line, right sender mailbox, variables working, recipient list correct, unsubscribe link enabled for list-based emails, daily send limit acceptable. If you notice a mistake after starting, pause the campaign, fix the issue, then continue.
Monitor progress
Open the campaign detail page to see sending progress, recipients, and controls. You can filter recipients by status and use row actions where available.
