Email templates save messages you send often so you do not rewrite the same outreach, follow-up, or proposal text every time. Templates live in the left sidebar and can be inserted while composing in Gmail.
Using templates in Gmail
Open Gmail → start composing → click the Teamopipe T icon in the compose window → choose a template → click Use template → personalize and send.
Templates vs campaigns
A template is reusable content. A campaign is a broadcast email sent to a list. You can use templates for one-to-one Gmail messages and inside campaign flows.
Write templates like a human
Keep templates short, specific, and easy to personalize. A good template is a starting point, not a robotic message. Good: "Hi {{First name}}, thanks for your time today. Here are the next steps." Bad: "Dear valued prospect, we are delighted to present our comprehensive solution."
