How email templates work in Teamopipe

Email templates save messages you send often, so you don't rewrite the same outreach, follow-up or proposal text every time. Templates are included on every plan.

Where templates live

Manage templates in Settings → Templates. See how to create and use an email template.

Where you can use them

• In Gmail compose — click the Teamopipe icon in the compose window and choose a template.
• In campaigns and sequences — click Templates in the Content step.

Variables

Templates can include variables such as first name, deal name or organization, filled in from the contact or deal. See template variables and personalization.

Write templates like a human

Keep templates short, specific and easy to personalize. Good: "Hi {{First name}}, thanks for your time today. Here are the next steps." Bad: "Dear valued prospect, we are delighted to present our comprehensive solution."
