Sign in with Gmail and activate Teamopipe
How to sign in to Teamopipe with Google for the first time and what permissions it requests.
Teamopipe uses Google sign-in — no separate password needed. You sign in with the Gmail account you want to use as your CRM workspace.
First-time sign-in
Install the Chrome extension → open Gmail → click the Teamopipe icon in the Chrome toolbar → Use Teamopipe with this account → choose your Google account → Allow the permissions Teamopipe requests → the Teamopipe sidebar appears in Gmail.
What the permissions mean
Teamopipe requests access to manage Gmail labels and read thread metadata — this is how it links deals to email conversations. It does not store the content of your emails. See "What data does Teamopipe access in Gmail?" for full details.
Returning sign-in
If Teamopipe stops working or shows a sign-in prompt, click the Teamopipe icon → Use Teamopipe with this account → sign in again. This usually happens after Chrome updates or after clearing browser data.
