How to use Teamopipe on mobile

Teamopipe works on mobile through a web app at app.teamopipe.com. There’s no app to install — open the URL in any mobile browser, sign in with your Google account, and you have access to your pipelines, contacts, organizations, and tasks from your phone or tablet.
How to access Teamopipe on mobile
- Open your mobile browser (Safari, Chrome, or any browser)
- Go to app.teamopipe.com
- Sign in with your Google account
- Your workspace loads immediately — the same data as your desktop
Tip: Add app.teamopipe.com to your home screen for one-tap access. On iOS, tap the Share button in Safari and choose “Add to Home Screen.” On Android, tap the browser menu and choose “Add to Home Screen” or “Install app.”
What’s available on mobile
- Pipelines — view your Kanban board and List view, create deals, move deals between stages, open deal detail views
- Contacts — view, search, and edit your contact list and individual contact pages
- Organizations — view and manage organization pages
- Tasks — see your task list, mark tasks complete, create new tasks
What’s not available on mobile
Email threads are not accessible from the mobile web app. Teamopipe links deals to Gmail email threads, and those threads live inside Gmail — which requires the Chrome extension on desktop. On mobile, you can see deal details and contacts, but to jump into an email thread you’ll need to be on your desktop.
The Chrome extension itself — which adds the Teamopipe sidebar to Gmail — is a desktop-only feature and cannot be installed on mobile browsers.
Is there a native iOS or Android app?
No — there is no native app in the App Store or Google Play. The web app at app.teamopipe.com is the mobile access point. It’s designed to work well on mobile browsers and covers the most common on-the-go tasks: checking your pipeline, reviewing contacts, and managing tasks.
Multiple accounts and workspaces
If you have multiple Google accounts, make sure you sign in to app.teamopipe.com with the same account you use for the desktop extension. Your workspace is tied to your Google account, so logging in with a different account will show a different (likely empty) workspace.
