Invited user accepted but cannot see pipelines
What to do when a team member accepted their invite but can't see any pipelines in Teamopipe.
If an invited user accepted the invitation email but still can't see any pipelines, it's almost always a Google account mismatch — they signed in with a different email than the invite was sent to.
Most likely cause
The invite was sent to work@company.com but the person signed in with personal@gmail.com. Each Gmail address is a separate Teamopipe account. Pipelines aren't shared across accounts.
Fix it
Ask the user to sign out of Teamopipe → click the Teamopipe icon in Chrome → sign in again using the exact Gmail address the invite was sent to. If they're not sure which account to use, the admin should check which email address was invited in Settings → Team. If still not resolved, email support with both email addresses.
