Teamopipe is not showing in Gmail
Steps to take when the Teamopipe sidebar is not appearing inside Gmail.
If the Teamopipe sidebar is not showing in Gmail, the extension is installed but not active in the current context. This is the most common issue new users encounter.
Step 1 — activate the extension
Click the Teamopipe icon in the Chrome toolbar (look in the puzzle piece menu if not visible) → Use Teamopipe with this account → sign in with Google → allow permissions → refresh Gmail.
Step 2 — hard refresh
Close the Gmail tab completely and reopen it. Sometimes a regular refresh isn't enough after installing or reactivating an extension.
Step 3 — check extension conflicts
Temporarily disable other Gmail-modifying extensions (layout tools, CRM extensions, tracking tools) and refresh Gmail. If Teamopipe appears, one of those extensions is conflicting.
Step 4 — contact support
If none of the above works: email support@teamopipe.com with your Chrome version, Gmail address, and a screenshot of the Gmail interface without the sidebar.
