How to revoke Google account access
If you want to disconnect Teamopipe from your Google account — switching accounts, stopping use of the product, or reviewing your connected apps — you can revoke access at any time. There are two levels of disconnection: removing the extension from Gmail, and fully revoking Google OAuth access.
Option 1 — Uninstall the Chrome extension
This removes Teamopipe from your Gmail sidebar immediately. Your data is preserved in Teamopipe's cloud — if you reinstall later, everything is still there.
- Click the Extensions icon in Chrome's toolbar (puzzle piece, top right).
- Click Manage Extensions.
- Find Teamopipe CRM for Gmail and click Remove.
- Confirm the removal. Teamopipe disappears from Gmail immediately.
Note: Gmail labels applied by Teamopipe (stage labels on email threads) remain in your Gmail until removed manually — see the cleanup section below.
Option 2 — Revoke Google OAuth access
This removes Teamopipe's permission to access your Gmail entirely, at the Google account level — regardless of whether the extension is installed.
- Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Find Teamopipe in the list of apps with access to your Google account.
- Click it and select Remove Access.
After revoking, Teamopipe can no longer read Gmail or apply labels — the extension stops working and asks you to sign in again if opened. Your data in Teamopipe's database is not automatically deleted by revoking Google access.
Deleting your data entirely
- Export a copy first if you want to keep your data — open the pipeline, click the three-dot menu, and choose Export to CSV.
- Send a deletion request with your Gmail login address via the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact or the chat in the bottom-right corner.
- We delete the account and all associated data within 1–2 business days and confirm by email.
Cleaning up Gmail labels left by Teamopipe
Teamopipe creates Gmail labels for each pipeline stage (e.g. "Lead", "Proposal"), and they remain after uninstalling. To remove them:
- Go to Gmail Settings (gear icon → See all settings).
- Click the Labels tab.
- Scroll to the Teamopipe-created labels and click Remove next to each one. Removing a label here removes it from every email that had it applied.
If you need help with any of these steps, use the chat in the bottom-right corner or the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact — we typically respond within 4 hours on business days.
