Teamopipe accesses your Gmail account to manage labels and read thread metadata. It does not read or store the body content of your emails.
What Teamopipe reads from Gmail
Thread ID (to identify which conversation a deal is linked to), sender email address (to match contacts), subject line (shown in the linked email preview), and Gmail labels (Teamopipe creates and manages labels for pipeline stages).
What Teamopipe does not read
The body text of your emails. Attachments. Contacts outside of what you manually enter or import. Any inbox content outside of the specific threads you link to deals.
Campaign sending
For campaigns, Teamopipe sends through your connected Gmail mailbox. This requires Gmail send permission. Campaign content is what you write in the campaign — Teamopipe does not scan your inbox to generate it.
