How to uninstall the Teamopipe extension
Uninstalling the Teamopipe extension removes it from your Gmail immediately — but it doesn't delete your data, and it leaves the Gmail stage labels in place. Here's the full picture so nothing surprises you.
Uninstall from Chrome
- Click the Extensions icon in Chrome's toolbar (puzzle piece, top right).
- Click Manage Extensions.
- Find Teamopipe CRM for Gmail and click Remove.
- Confirm. Teamopipe disappears from Gmail immediately.
What happens to your data
Nothing is deleted. Your deals, contacts, organizations, tasks, and pipeline configuration stay in Teamopipe's cloud — if you reinstall later, everything is exactly where you left it. If you want your data actually deleted, or want to fully disconnect Teamopipe from your Google account, see "How to revoke Google account access" and "How to delete your Teamopipe account and data".
Clean up the Gmail labels
The stage labels Teamopipe created (e.g. "Lead", "Proposal") remain in Gmail after uninstalling. To remove them:
- Open Gmail Settings (gear icon → See all settings).
- Click the Labels tab.
- Find the Teamopipe-created labels and click Remove next to each — this removes the label from every email that had it.
Tip: Uninstalling because something isn't working? Most display issues are fixed by the steps in "Teamopipe is not showing in Gmail" — usually faster than a reinstall.
If you're leaving because something didn't work for you, we'd honestly like to know — use the chat in the bottom-right corner or the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact.
