Does Teamopipe store the content of my emails?

No. Teamopipe does not store the content of your emails on its servers. When you read email in Teamopipe — in the Inbox or on a deal's Messages tab — it's loaded live from your connected mailbox through the email integration and shown to you, not saved in Teamopipe.

What Teamopipe needs from Gmail

To link deals to threads, Teamopipe stores metadata only: sender email address, thread ID, subject line, and account identity. This lets it know which email belongs to which deal — nothing more.

What Teamopipe stores

Deal names and fields, pipeline stages, contacts, organizations, tasks, comments, activity logs, and email thread metadata for linking. The actual email conversation remains in Gmail.

Inbox and campaigns

The Inbox and deal messages display email straight from your connected mailbox via the integration, and replies and campaigns are sent through that same mailbox. Campaign content is part of the campaign you create, but your email conversations are not copied into Teamopipe as stored email bodies.
