To link deals to threads, Teamopipe stores metadata only: sender email address, thread ID, subject line, and account identity. This lets it know which email belongs to which deal — nothing more.

Deal names and fields, pipeline stages, contacts, organizations, tasks, comments, activity logs, and email thread metadata for linking. The actual email conversation remains in Gmail.
Campaign sending note
Campaigns send through your connected Gmail mailbox. Campaign content is part of the campaign you create, but your normal Gmail conversations are not copied into Teamopipe as stored email bodies.
