GDPR, data storage, and privacy
A privacy overview for Teamopipe users, including data access, export, correction, deletion, and GDPR requests.
Teamopipe stores CRM data you create — deals, contacts, organizations, tasks, campaigns — plus the email metadata needed to link Gmail threads to CRM records. It does not store the body content of your normal Gmail messages.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, GDPR and similar laws may give you rights to access, correct, export, object to processing, or delete your personal data. Most corrections can be made directly in the product by editing the relevant record.
Exporting and deleting your data
Export pipeline data from the pipeline three-dot menu → Export to CSV. To delete your account and all data, email support@teamopipe.com from the Gmail address used to log in. Uninstalling the extension or revoking Google access stops Teamopipe from working but does not automatically delete stored workspace data.
