How to migrate from Streak to Teamopipe

Both Streak and Teamopipe live inside Gmail, so the transition is more familiar than switching to a standalone CRM. The main migration path is CSV export from Streak and import into Teamopipe.

Export from Streak

In Streak: open a pipeline → click the three-dot menu or pipeline settings → Export to CSV. Export each pipeline separately. Include all columns: box name (deal name), stage, assigned to, and any custom fields you use.

Set up Teamopipe to match

Create a pipeline in Teamopipe with the same stages as your Streak pipeline. Create custom fields in Settings → Data fields to match the Streak columns you want to keep. This makes mapping straightforward.

Import into Teamopipe

Pipeline → three-dot menu → Import CSV → upload → map columns → Confirm. After importing, spot-check 5–10 deals. Email linking from Teamopipe goes forward — past Streak thread links won't carry over, but new emails from those contacts can be linked to the imported deals.
