How to migrate from HubSpot to Teamopipe

Moving from HubSpot to Teamopipe? You can migrate your data via CSV export, which preserves your deals, contacts, and custom field values.
Step 1: Export your HubSpot data
In HubSpot, go to Contacts → Export to download your contacts and deals as CSV.
Step 2: Create your Teamopipe pipeline
Set up a Teamopipe pipeline that mirrors your HubSpot deal stages (or customize the stages as needed).
Step 3: Import your CSV
Go to your Teamopipe pipeline → Settings → Import data. Upload your HubSpot CSV. See our CSV import guide if you need help formatting the file.
Step 4: Start linking emails in Teamopipe
In Teamopipe, you link emails directly from Gmail. You won't need to sync or manually record emails like you did in HubSpot.
