CSV import and export - full guide
CSV is the simplest way to move data in and out of Teamopipe — deals, contacts, and organizations.
CSV is the simplest way to move data in and out of Teamopipe. Use it when importing from another CRM, working from a spreadsheet of leads, or exporting records for reporting.
Import deals
Open the pipeline -> three-dot menu -> Import CSV -> upload your file -> map columns -> confirm. Create pipeline stages and custom fields before importing to make column mapping cleaner.
Import contacts
Open Contacts -> Import -> upload file -> map email, first name, last name, phone, organization -> confirm. Email is the most important identifier — include one per row.
Import organizations
Open Organizations -> Import -> upload file -> map name, website, assignee, custom fields -> confirm. Organization name is the minimum required field.
Export deals
Open a pipeline -> three-dot menu -> Export to CSV. Includes all deal fields and custom field values. Available on all plans.
Known import issue
If the import screen disappears after clicking Continue, refresh Gmail and try again. If it keeps happening, send the CSV to support@teamopipe.com and the team will run the import manually.
