How to restore deleted deals

Deleting a deal removes it from the board, List view and Reports, but Teamopipe keeps it. You can restore it at any time.

Restore a deal

1. Open the pipeline the deal was in.
2. Click the three-dot menu at the top right of the pipeline.
3. Choose Deleted deals.
4. Find the deal and click Restore.

The deal goes back to the stage it was deleted from, with its notes, tasks, fields and linked contacts.

What the Deleted deals list shows

The list covers the current pipeline only. Each row shows the deal, the stage it was in and when it was deleted. You can sort the list, choose columns and export it.

Good to know

• There's no time limit — deleted deals stay restorable.
• A deal keeps its status. A deal that was Lost when deleted is Lost again after you restore it.
• Deleted deals don't appear in Reports, stage totals or win rate.
