Labels when a deal moves stages
When you move a deal from one stage to another, the label in Gmail updates immediately to reflect the new stage. This keeps your Gmail inbox in sync with your pipeline.
Labels when a deal is deleted
When you delete a deal, the Teamopipe label remains on the emails in Gmail. Your emails are never deleted, only the deal record is removed. You can manually remove the labels from Gmail if you prefer.
Removing Teamopipe labels manually
In Gmail, click the label on any email and select "Remove label". This does not affect the deal record in Teamopipe — only the Gmail view changes.
