Date field is showing the wrong day
What to do if a Teamopipe date field appears one day earlier than the date you entered.
If a date field shows one day earlier than the date you entered, you are seeing the known timezone bug. It mostly affects users in timezones west of GMT.
Temporary workaround
Enter the date one day ahead. If you need May 1, enter May 2. If you need June 15, enter June 16. This keeps the displayed date correct until the underlying issue is fixed.
Where this matters most
Be careful with: expected close date, contract start date, renewal date, onboarding date. For follow-up reminders, use tasks and double-check the due date after saving.
When to contact support
Contact support@teamopipe.com if dates shift by more than one day, only some records are affected, or you need help correcting many records. Include your timezone, the date entered, and the date displayed.
