Search is not finding deals or contacts
What to try when Teamopipe search isn't returning a deal or contact you know exists.
If search isn't finding a deal or contact you know exists, the most common cause is a case-sensitivity issue or a partial match that doesn't trigger a result.
Known search limitation
Teamopipe search is case-sensitive in some contexts. If you search "acme" and the deal is named "Acme Corp", it may not appear. Try the exact capitalization. Also try searching by email address for contacts — this is often more reliable than searching by name.
Other things to check
Make sure you're searching in the right section (Contacts vs pipeline vs global search). Check that the deal hasn't been deleted. If searching inside a pipeline, verify you're not filtering by stage or assignee that excludes the record you're looking for.
