Import screen disappears after clicking Continue

What to do when the Teamopipe import screen disappears mid-process.

If the import screen disappears after you click Continue, this is a known bug affecting some Chrome versions. The import has not started — refresh and try again.

Steps to try

Refresh Gmail (close tab, reopen). Start the import again from the beginning. If it disappears a second time, restart Chrome completely and retry. If it still fails after restarting, email support@teamopipe.com and attach the CSV file — support can run the import manually.

Check the file first

Before resubmitting, quickly verify: file is saved as .csv (not .xlsx), first row has headers, no merged cells or formulas, file size is reasonable (under 5MB for most imports). A file issue can sometimes trigger the disappearing screen.
