Date field off by one day
Known timezone bug affecting users west of GMT. Workaround: enter the date one day ahead. Fix is in progress.
Search not finding deals
Search is case-sensitive in some situations. Try searching with the same capitalization as the deal name. If that fails, send us a screen recording.
App crashes or blank page when linking an email
Try: 1. Refresh Gmail. 2. Clear Chrome cache. 3. Disable other extensions temporarily. If it persists, send the error message or a screenshot — bugs are typically fixed within 24–48 hours.
Emails from a deleted deal still tagged in Gmail
Contact support@teamopipe.com with the affected email addresses and your Gmail login — we clear orphaned tags manually.
Contacts export greyed out
This feature is rolling out. Contact support@teamopipe.com and we’ll prepare a manual export for you.
Invalid field error when moving a deal
Refresh Chrome or clear the cache. If it appears across multiple deals after a recent update, contact support — it’s a developer issue.
