Troubleshooting common issues — quick fixes
Every tool has quirks; what matters is how fast you can get past them. This page collects the quickest fixes for the most common issues in one place, so you don't have to open five separate articles. Each issue also links to a dedicated troubleshooting article with more detail.
Date fields can show the previous day
A known timezone bug affects users in timezones west of GMT: a date you enter can display as one day earlier. Workaround: enter the date one day ahead of the one you actually want. A fix is in progress. See "Date field is showing the wrong day" for the full explanation.
Search is case-sensitive in some situations
If search can't find a deal or contact you know exists, try typing the name with the same capitalization as the record. If it still doesn't appear, send us a short screen recording via the chat in the bottom-right corner or the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact.
Blank page or crash when linking an email to a deal
- Refresh the Gmail tab.
- Clear Chrome's cache: Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data.
- Temporarily disable other Chrome extensions — conflicts with other Gmail extensions are the most common cause.
- If it persists, send us the error message or a screenshot via chat or the contact form — crash bugs are typically fixed within 24–48 hours.
Emails from a deleted deal keep their Gmail label
After deleting a deal, its Teamopipe label can occasionally remain on emails in Gmail. Reach out via the chat in the bottom-right corner or the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact with the affected email addresses and the Gmail address you use with Teamopipe — we clear orphaned labels manually.
Contacts export appears greyed out
If the contacts export option is greyed out in your workspace, contact us via chat or the contact form and we'll prepare a manual export for you while the feature finishes rolling out.
"Invalid field" error when moving deals
Refresh Chrome or clear the cache. If the error appears across multiple deals right after an extension update, report it via chat or the contact form — it's usually something we can fix on our side quickly.
