Blank page or app crash when adding an email to a deal

Troubleshooting steps for a blank page, TypeError, or crash while linking an email to a Teamopipe deal.

A blank page or JavaScript error while adding an email to a deal is usually caused by a browser state issue, extension conflict, or a recent product update. Most cases resolve with a refresh.

Step 1 - refresh Gmail

Close the Gmail tab, open Gmail again, and try the same action. After a Chrome or extension update, Gmail sometimes needs a clean reload.

Step 2 - reactivate Teamopipe

Click the Teamopipe icon in Chrome's top bar, choose Use Teamopipe with this account, complete sign-in if prompted, then refresh Gmail.

Step 3 - clear Chrome cache

Chrome Settings -> Privacy and security -> Clear browsing data -> Clear cached images and files -> refresh Gmail.

Step 4 - test extension conflicts

Temporarily disable other Gmail-related extensions (layout tools, tracking extensions, other CRM tools), then refresh Gmail and try again.

Step 5 - contact support

Email support@teamopipe.com with: the exact error message, a screenshot, what you clicked before it happened, your Chrome version, and your Gmail login address.
