How to cancel your subscription

How cancellation works in Teamopipe and what happens to your data after you stop paying.

Canceling stops future Pro billing but does not automatically delete your Teamopipe data. Your workspace remains available under Free plan limits unless you separately request account deletion.

How to cancel

Settings → Billing → Open the billing portal → Cancel subscription or stop renewal → Confirm. Billing is admin-only. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid billing period, then reverts to Free (25 deals, solo use).

Export before canceling

Pipeline → three-dot menu → Export to CSV. For contacts/organizations, use the export option in those sections, or email support for a manual export.

Canceling is not the same as deleting data

To delete your account and all data, email support@teamopipe.com from the Gmail address you use to log in and request account deletion.
