How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time — there are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. Here's how it works and what happens to your data.
How to cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing (admin only).
- Click Manage subscription to open the billing portal.
- Cancel the renewal. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.
What happens to your data
Your data is never deleted when you cancel. Your account reverts to Free plan limits — deals above the 25-deal cap become read-only until you either upgrade again or delete the excess. If you're leaving entirely, export your data first (see "How to export your data from Teamopipe") and, if you want your account removed from our servers, see "How to delete your Teamopipe account and data".
Refunds
If you cancelled because Teamopipe wasn't the right fit, refunds are available within 14 days of a charge — see "Billing questions, refunds, and discount requests" for how to ask.
