How to invite team members

Team features require the Pro plan. Here’s the full process.

Sending an invite

Settings → Workspace Settings → Workspace members → enter their email and send the invite.

How the invited person accepts

1. Install the Teamopipe Chrome extension.
2. Sign in with Google.
3. Go to Settings → Personal Settings → Received Invites → Accept.

Note: the invite email says “register an account” — they don’t need to. Just sign in with Google and accept from Personal Settings.

Team member accepted but can’t see pipelines

Workspace access and pipeline access are separate. Open the pipeline → three-dot menu → Configure pipeline → add the team member as a collaborator.
