How to upgrade to Pro

Upgrading to Pro takes less than two minutes and features activate instantly. One thing to know first: only workspace admins can manage billing.

How to upgrade

  1. Open Teamopipe inside Gmail.
  2. Click Settings in the left sidebar.
  3. Go to Billing.
  4. Select Monthly or Annual billing.
  5. Complete payment. You'll receive a confirmation email immediately and Pro features activate instantly.

Tip: Choose Annual if you're planning to use Teamopipe long-term — you save 25% (~$6.75/user/month instead of $9) and don't have to think about it again for a year.

What Pro unlocks

The deal limit rises from 25 to 5,000, you can invite team members (each is one seat), and you get email campaigns with open/click tracking, API access, and priority support. See "Free vs Pro plan comparison" for the full breakdown.

Hit the 25-deal limit on Free?

When you reach 25 deals, Teamopipe won't let you create new ones until you upgrade or free up space by deleting deals you no longer need. Deleting is permanent — export the pipeline to CSV first if you want to keep the records. If you're doing real sales work, upgrading is usually the better call.
