Filtering your reports: pipeline, period & owner

August 8, 2026

Three filters at the top of Reports control everything below them, and they combine — so you can go from the whole business to one rep's quarter in three clicks.

Pipeline

All pipelines (the default) or a single one. This choice changes which sections you get. On a single pipeline you unlock the stage-level views: Pipeline health by stage and Stage conversion. Across all pipelines those are replaced by a Pipeline comparison and a health summary table — stages differ between pipelines, so a combined stage chart would be meaningless.

Period

Eight choices: This month, Last month, This quarter, Last quarter, This year, Last 30 days, All time, and Custom range. It drives the backward-looking numbers — Won this period, Lost this period, win rate, average days to close, and the stage conversion cohort. Two things it deliberately does not change:

  • Snapshots. Open deals, open pipeline value and stale deals always describe right now.
  • The forecast. It uses the full calendar window of whatever you pick — the whole month or quarter — not “start of period until today”. See the forecast article.

Tip: if your win rate reads 0%, try All time before worrying — it usually means nothing was marked Won or Lost inside the window you chose.

Owner

Narrow the whole dashboard to one team member, or leave it on all owners. Deals with nobody assigned aren't hidden — they appear as their own row in the team table and are counted in the data quality bar.

For a tour of the whole page see the Reports overview. To filter deals themselves rather than the report, see filtering, sorting and searching deals.

If anything looks off, use the chat in the bottom-right corner or the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact — we typically respond within 4 hours on business days.
