How deal value and currency work in reports

August 8, 2026

Your team may log deals in several currencies. Reports turns them into one comparable set of totals by converting everything to your workspace base currency.

Setting your base currency

Go to Settings → Workspace settings → Workspace base currency and choose from the Base currency dropdown. It does two jobs: it's the currency every reporting total is expressed in, and it's the default currency for new deals. It's a workspace-wide setting, so everyone sees the same totals.

Deals in other currencies

A deal can be logged in any currency — set its value and currency on the deal itself (how to edit deal fields). The deal keeps its own amount and currency; Reports converts it to your base currency for the page totals. So a pipeline holding euros, dollars and pounds still rolls up into one number you can act on.

Deals with no value

A deal with an empty value is left out of money totals — not counted as zero, which would quietly understate your pipeline. It still counts wherever deals are counted, so you may see a deal count that looks higher than the value suggests. Those deals are listed in the data quality bar so you can fill them in.

Taking the numbers with you

Export to Sheets at the top right of Reports sends the current view, including deal values, to Google Sheets. See how to export your data for the other ways to get data out.
