How to create a pipeline
A pipeline is the board where deals move stage to stage. Most users start with one, then add more for different processes.
A pipeline is the board where your deals move from stage to stage. Most users start with one sales pipeline, then add more for onboarding, partnerships, renewals, or other repeatable processes.
Create a new pipeline
Settings → Pipelines → New Pipeline → choose a template or start blank → name it → Save. Templates give a quick starting point; blank pipelines are better when you already know your exact stages. Start with 3–5 stages — too many makes the board harder to maintain.
When to create another pipeline
Create a separate pipeline only when the process is genuinely different: Sales (Lead → Proposal → Won), Onboarding (Setup → Training → Done), Partnerships (Intro → Agreement → Live). Don't create separate pipelines just because different people own the work — use assignees or filters instead.
