Deals, Won, Lost & win rate: the four cards
The four cards across the top of Reports are your headline numbers. Each shows a count and a money line; Won and Lost also compare against the previous period. Click any card to open the deals behind it — a table you can sort and export.
Open deals
Every currently open deal in the selected pipeline and owner, with total open value beneath. It's a snapshot of right now, so changing the period won't move it. The drill-down groups the deals by stage.
Won this period and Lost this period
Count and value of deals marked Won or Lost inside the selected period, each compared with the previous one. What puts a deal here is its Status: a deal is counted on the date you marked it Won or Lost, not the date it was created. The Lost drill-down also shows the stage each deal was lost from, which is where loss patterns show up.
If a finished deal never appears here, it probably still has Status = Active. Marking it properly — rather than deleting it or parking it in a final stage — is what keeps these numbers true. See closed and lost deals.
Win rate
The share of finished deals you won in the period: won ÷ (won + lost). Open deals are excluded, because they haven't finished yet — so a quiet month with nothing closed shows 0%, not a low score. Widen the period (Last quarter, This year, All time) to judge a trend rather than a fortnight.
Average days to close
Not on the cards themselves — you'll find it in the Pipeline health summary further down the page. It's your sales cycle: the days between a deal being created and being won. Only won deals count, because lost deals often sit untouched for months before anyone marks them, which would stretch the average into fiction.
Money on these cards is shown in your workspace currency. For what's still to come rather than what already happened, see the revenue forecast.
