How to link contacts to organizations

Linking a contact to an organization lets you see all the people at a company in one place, and understand account-level relationships across deals.

Link from the contact page

Contacts → find the contact → open their record → find the Organization field → click to edit → search for the organization by name → select it → Save. The contact now appears in the organization's contact list.

Create the organization first if needed

If the organization doesn't exist yet, create it first: Organizations → New Organization → fill in name and website → Save. Then go back to the contact and link it.

Multiple contacts, one organization

If you work with several people at the same company, link each contact to the same organization. The organization page will then show all of them together.
