Free vs Pro

Free: 25 deals, unlimited pipelines, solo only, all core features. Pro: 5,000 deals, multiple users, priority support — $9/user/month or ~$6.75/user/month annual (save 25%).

How to upgrade

Settings → Billing → select Pro → complete payment. Billing is admin-only.

Hit the 25 deal limit on Free?

Upgrade to Pro for 5,000 deals, or archive/delete old deals to free up space on Free.

How to cancel

Settings → Billing → billing portal → cancel renewal. Pro access continues until end of the paid period. Data is not deleted — account reverts to Free limits.

Refunds

Email support@teamopipe.com with your Gmail address and charge date. We process reasonable refund requests within 1–2 business days.

Startup or nonprofit discount

We offer discounts on a case-by-case basis. Email support@teamopipe.com with your use case and team size.
