Create Teamopipe deals from Calendly bookings
A booked meeting is a sales opportunity — it should live in your pipeline, not just your calendar. With Zapier, every new Calendly booking can create a deal in Teamopipe automatically.
Set it up
- In Zapier, create a Zap with Calendly as the trigger and choose Invitee Created.
- Add Teamopipe as the action and choose Create Deal, connecting with your API key if needed.
- Pick the pipeline the deal should go into — this field is required.
- Map the booking details — for example, use the invitee's name as the deal title and add the meeting time or event type to the description.
- Turn the Zap on.
Note: a deal doesn't store the invitee's email on the deal itself, so if you also want the person saved as a contact, add a second Teamopipe action — Create Contact — in the same Zap.
Prefer to capture the person as a contact rather than a deal? Use the Create Contact action in step 2 instead. See Connect Teamopipe to Zapier for all the options.
To skip the setup, start from the ready-made template: Create Teamopipe deals from new Calendly bookings.
If bookings aren't creating deals, use the chat in the bottom-right corner or the contact form at teamopipe.com/en/contact — we typically respond within 4 hours on business days.
