How to create a campaign
Campaigns in the left sidebar → New Campaign → choose your audience → write your email or use a template → schedule or send.

Important: campaigns vs sequences
Campaigns sends broadcasts — one email to many people. It is not an automated sequence (drip). Mail Merge with AI (coming Q2 2026) will handle personalized 1:1 outreach at scale.
Email templates
Templates → New Template → write content → save. To use when composing: click the Teamopipe icon in the Gmail compose toolbar → select your template. If the icon doesn’t appear, make sure the extension is active.
