Add form submissions to Teamopipe with Zapier
Contact forms, sign-up forms, and lead-gen forms all collect people you want in your CRM. With Zapier, every new submission can create a contact in Teamopipe automatically. This covers Typeform, Google Forms, and Jotform — the steps are the same for any form app on Zapier.
Set it up
- In Zapier, create a Zap and choose your form app as the trigger — Typeform (New Entry), Google Forms (New Form Response), or Jotform (New Submission).
- Select the specific form you want to watch.
- Add Teamopipe as the action and choose Create Contact, connecting with your API key if needed.
- Map the form answers to the matching Teamopipe contact fields — name, email, phone, and anything else you collect.
- Turn the Zap on.
Note: form fields vary from form to form, so the mapping in step 4 is specific to your form. If you collect a company name, map it to the contact's Organization field so it's captured too.
To avoid duplicate contacts when the same person submits twice, swap Create Contact for Find or Create Contact in step 3.
