Account access and deletion
Can’t log in, switched Google accounts, or want to delete your account — here’s how to handle it.
Make sure you’re signing in with the same Google account used for signup or purchase.
Steps to regain access
1. Install the Chrome extension if not already installed. 2. Click the Teamopipe icon in Chrome’s top bar. 3. Select “Use Teamopipe with this account” and complete Google sign-in. 4. If you purchased Pro, sign in with the email that completed the purchase.
How to delete your account
To stop using Teamopipe: uninstall the Chrome extension. To delete your account and data: email support@teamopipe.com with your Gmail address. We’ll delete your account within 1–2 business days. Export your data via CSV first if you want to keep a copy.
Switching Google accounts
If you’ve moved to a new Google account: click the Teamopipe icon → “Use Teamopipe with this account” → complete sign-in → refresh Gmail. If the sign-in screen keeps looping, clear cookies for gmail.com and teamopipe.com, or try in an Incognito window with only Teamopipe enabled.
